Mercede Rooms - Palermo

The room I booked here was so cozy and pretty, with such an amazing view 😍. Plus, the bed was really comfy. It's super convenient that this place is right in the middle of everything.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its immaculately clean and beautiful room and VERY-VERY NICE staff. Units where is bucket bed. Could use central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The location was absolutely perfect - so close to the centre of Palermo as well as the main attraction. Monte di Pieta district was worth staying in.

During my stay at Mercede Rooms in Palermo, I was pleasantly surprised by two features of the hotel. the room was equipped with a bucket bed, which was not only unique but also comfortable. It provided a cozy and relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. the location was quite convenient, close to a vibrant market, offering easy access to local cuisine and shopping options.

The noise level during the night and early morning was quite high due to the nearby market, which disrupted my sleep on multiple occasions.

The staff here are really friendly and nice all over the place. Rooms are super clean, and you can find bunk beds in some of them 🛏️. Each room comes with a safe, TV, and a desk for writing.

We had a great time at this place. the staff was super nice and friendly all the time. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions within walking distance. Plus, we were right in the heart of everything! 🌟

The air-conditioned rooms at Mercede Rooms were a total lifesaver in the Palermo heat. I loved having a desk in my room, perfect for catching up on emails.- The safety deposit box provided peace of mind for storing valuables.- The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day of exploring.- The balcony offered a great view and a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee.- The private bathroom with a bidet was a welcome luxury.- The fact that every room had bed linen and towels provided made packing so much easier.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom, but I know some people appreciate it.

Great location near markets and shops. Fabio was very helpful and provided great guidance. Amazing breakfast with the best pistachio croissant. Super clean, the team always even tidied our rooms which surprised me a lot. Amenities worked perfectly, smartTV, breakfast was always fresh and coffee was made for us. The team was super nice and everyone went outside their sole work responsibilities to make sure we felt comfortable and satisfied. This was honestly the best B&B experience I've had, 10/10! Thank you once again! Would love to visit again.

The area around the building is rather run down but within minutes you are in the main approach to the center. The area where the accommodation is situated is quite noisy, that's why we did not sleep well.

We had a really nice stay at Mercede Rooms. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the attractions. the room on the 2nd floor was spacious and comfortable. the small, but typical Sicilian breakfast was a nice touch. Fabio, the host, was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and see. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Mercede Rooms to others. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! ✨.

Not only did the team clean our rooms every day, but they also went beyond their duties to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The amenities, including the smart TV, worked perfectly, and the breakfast was always fresh. The staff were nice and helpful, offering advice on local attractions and even organizing a permit for us when we got lost in the small streets. The location of the hotel was great, great to easily explore the city. it was the best B&B experience we've had, and we would definitely visit again.
